I placed an order for Shirleen around 8:30 am I ordered an elderberry smoothie and a ginger shot. I didn't realize that I didn't receive my ginger shot and I had already left so i tried calling this location twice and no one answered. Please make sure you include all items next time.

Perfect texture of Pitaya bowl! My kids have Nekter regularly, but first time at this location and they LOVED it! Every modification to the order was met with flying colors and best of all, it was ready to pickup right when I arrived. The employee who handed it to me was very polite, stepping aside to help me when I walked in and I am pretty sure had a smile on his face under his mask. Will be back!

'twas great! In the past, I have ordered my drink ahead of time and still had to wait at the location while it washing prepared. But today, I ordered my drink and it was waiting for ME at the location. Cant ask for much more

Wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in and stood at the mobile order pick up area. A couple employees from the back came out momentarily, with personal items in hand, saw people in line and went in back room not to return. Left the the one gal out front at the register. In between customers I flagged her down to pull my drink out of the fridge along with the other two mobile orders behind me. I feel like the gal wasn’t sure how to handle the multitasking and customer expectations.

Couldn’t find kids size on my app anymore. Did Nekter discontinue the kids size? I cannot order full size for my 5 year old and he doesn’t like to share the cup.
