The employees are always inside and don’t pay attention if someone is waiting for them to get service. Also the music is too loud to call them and that also sometimes interferes in giving exact order.

I visit this location almost once a week. The last 2 visits have been a little underwhelming. First the number of staff needs to be adjusted as they are longer wait times to order and receive drinks, especially during the lunch time hours. Last week my drink was ready upon arrival (ordered via app) But my drink was not made correctly at all and I get the same thing 95% of the time and it was basically undrinkable. So I am not sure if it was done wrong, missing items and not substituted in a different way or the measurements were off. But paying almost $10 for a drink is a decent price to not be able to drink and enjoy what you normally get knowing that should be consistent each time.

This was the best bowl I have ever eaten at Nekter. The banana was not brown. The blueberries were tart and crisp. The strawberries were delightfully sweet. I have had many bad experiences at Nekter, but this by far was so much better. I ordered online and the bowl was ready when I arrived. Thank you staff!
