Only reason for 5 stars is because i placed an online order for the seasonal drink the Spiced Golden Apple Smoothie and was looking forward to it! When I arrived i was notified that they did not have the ingredients for the smoothie and needed to pick an alternate drink.
It would have been nice to receive a call after my online order was placed to see if i wanted to cancel the order and replace my drink.

The dragon fruit bowl was frozen and not blended and it has a weird taste and the girl gave me a fork instead of a spoon. Very poor job as I normally love the Dragon fruit bowl. Its unedible

I know it gets busy in that plaza especially around 12pm to 2pm. The team needs help but they do a great job nonetheless.

My order was ready on arrival which was nice. This was my first time using the app.
I was hoping to buy some of the regular ready made juices, but this store is trying a new product line. So I didn't get juices I wanted but will try the new ones.

Service experience was great however the product received was lacking. I did not like the drink that was ordered. The ginger was too overpowering and masked the other flavors. Rather than a delicious green juice, I had a spicy ginger drink.

I’m not sure if the recipe was changed and not advertised in the app, or if my order was botched, but it was certainly not up to par to my previous experiences. The drink was incredibly icey and flavorless.
