I ordered ahead online. When I arrived at the time it should be ready, I was curtly told it was not ready. After waiting 15 minutes, I checked again and turns out it had been ready the entire time.

I can never go to another Nekter.. every time I do I regret it immensely. Did MV Nekter the other day bc it was closer to my husbands work and I had dropped something off.. HUGE mistake. You guys always get it right on.. exactly what I want.. how it should be done. Have yet to be disappointed. Thank you so much!

My drink was great, timing was on point. Disadvantage was customer service. I ordered 4 drinks and a cup with ice. When I asked for the cup of ice the worker told me that if I needed ice for my drinks I had to size up. I told her the ice was for my water not for my juice. The other worker was looking very upset and bugged, I’m sure glad she didn’t say a word to me, but her face said it all!
