Ordered online and it was ready when we arrived.

Whenever I go to the rancho mission viejo location, I go for the location convenience, but I definitely don’t go for the customer service. The friendliness is lacking as well as the speed. I much prefer the Ladera Ranch location for their customer service and the fact that they have a fridge pickup that you automatically just take your order from. I said the name of my pickup order and I even had to tell them my full order before they knew when I had ordered it just 10 minutes ago. What’s the point of having a pickup order name if I have to say the whole order?

Your computers weren’t working. I placed an order online 45 minutes earlier and when I got there no one knew where the order was nor had they received it. Same thing happened to two other people behind me. Overall it’s a good experience.

I loved the flavor of everything I received. I disliked that I payed for the pitaya passion fresher and didn't receive it. Other than that I would order again. I love that the bowls can be split and that you ask if I need a spoon!

My Green Apple Detox was poor. I ordered a medium with ice and it was not full. Not only that, but there was little (or none) ginger in the drink. It was a poor drink all over. I should have gone back in, but the reason I order on the mobile app is for convenience efficiency, this would have been counterproductive. I am very happy that the employees are always friendly and seem to be having a good time, but please make my drink right in the future.

Our 3 protein bowls were missing almond butter or peanut butter. That was a bummer. Otherwise good.
