Busy store but with good service

This was a mobile order and it was not even started until I arrived

I love when I get a full bowl! Sometimes they don’t always fill to the top, but this time it was perfection!

My husband went in and nobody acknowledged him or even try to help. The girl was mopping and was annoyed she had to stop what she was doing to help him. In addition for sanitary purposes it’s good to wash your hands after mopping or put on gloves before getting food.

We love Ernesto he is amazing on every level even sent me a note on. I have my order DoorDash if there was something missing. He should make him a manager. He gets it and he cares.!!!!

I placed my order online by accident at the ladera ranch location. I called the store immediately and Reed helped me cancel the order & make a note to his manager for a refund. Reed is awesome. Honestly the Nektar app need some improving. I clicked on Order from Ocean Ranch and it placed my order at Ladera Ranch. I have no idea why it did that. I have never been to ladera ranch in my entire life. Thank you Reed for the professional and fast service.

Took a long time to make a juice. Smoothie was done then had to wait 6-8 min for the juice. Employee looked lost maybe they are new?
