I’m not sure if there’s been new management or just high employee turnover but this location over the past 1-2 months has quickly fallen to the bottom of the list in terms of quality compared to the Ladera, RSM and Tustin locations. We get the same shakes every time and every time they’re different. Consistency is often watery, sometimes they use all the same basic ingredients sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they remember that I asked for no dates sometimes they don’t. This used to be the best location to go to.

I prefer this location over ladera ranch. You guys have more toppings and fill the bowls to the top.

I ordered for my daughter and didn’t carefully check when I picked up. It didn’t have the chia pudding I paid for so she had a little temper tantrum and wouldn’t eat it. 😵‍💫 We didn’t have time to turn around and go back.
