I order online after pulling weeds at Mission SJC for four hours on Wednesday mornings. When I walk and there are people in line waiting to order I also wait my turn to then tel the person at the register that I ordered online. Then that person pulls my order from the fridge, puts it in a bag, and hands it to me. Today, there was one other employee in the back who walked into the prep area. Then another walked into the prep area from the side door. They did not immediately begin working on an order. Why is it that those employees make no attempt to assist the person at the register? Had they even acknowledged my presence one of them could have pulled my order and let me go on my way.

I was over charged it seemed not sure why? The sub total was more than how much it should have been but no way to correct it online so I let it go since I needed to place the order!
