The speed of your service has always been my biggest complaint there. However yesterday when I picked up my order at your Harbor View store the quality of what I received was TERRIBLE. I'm not even sure what it was? I didn't realize it was this bad until I got home and ended up throwing it out (I ordered a toxin flush). This is my preferred/favorite order so I am very familiar with how this is supposed to taste. Very disappointed. Customer service is always questionable everytime I go into one of your stores. Sad because it's a good product but the help is another thing...
