I love Nektar and everyone is always really nice there. I do have an allergy and I requested no bananas and got them anyway by mistake, but the manager was great and re made it for me right away.

Order was not ready on time and the employees seemed rushed to finish order, throwing blueberries on top instead of cutting up the apple which should have been served.

Placed online order. Waited until pick-up time to come in. When I came in and asked for my order, they couldn't find it and then looked on the printer and saw the online ticket was there. Order made immediately after they discovered it had printed up. Appeared they were training a new person and maybe were focused on something else at the time.
