I ordered 3 smoothies this day on my prep I ran to grab them (I am a teacher). Upon arrival, they gave me my smoothie, and only gave me one. Once I alerted the worker she was not happy that she had to go back and fulfill my order requiring her to make 2 more smoothies. Oh well maybe she was having a bad day!

My smoothie bowls came back watery and slushy-like. I was then told that b/c I didn’t want one fruit in my bowl, it was replaced with ice. If I wanted to add/replace one fruit for another, I might be charged extra for certain fruit. I’ve gotten the same bowl for the past 6 months and never had an issue. Not sure if processes are changing but please stop.

It was a great experience, even the girls were very busy. I picked up my ordered cleanse and also ordered a smoothie. I loved the pumpkin spice smoothie.

I love coming here. I never have issues putting in my order. The staff is super friendly and I love all the products. My favorite is the pumpkin smoothie with extra banana. I come for the buzz every time I have a tickle in my throat. Stomach issues I go for the ginger shot and I love your juices. I wish there was a discount to buying more juicing packages.

Smoothie tasted like blended ice, no flavor. Was really busy so quality was poor of drinks

We have always had awesome experiences at this location. Today they were a little slow at noticing me. This isn’t typical though for Nekter on central. We love all the girls that work there. They are so sweet! We always recommend going here. We take our friends and family. Even my little baby loves the smoothies!

I wish you were offering the Pumpkin bowl this year...but the pumpkin smoothie will have to do

My order was wrong, I ordered a 24 oz. Smoothie and was given a 16 oz smoothie and still charged the price of a 24 oz. Smoothie. The employee instead of trying to make things right instead argued that what I got was correct. The service and customer satisfaction apparently is not a priority at this store.

If you download their app, you will get a free 16 oz smoothie or fresh juice! The pink flamingo smoothie tastes just like Cap’n Crunch cereal! Unbelievably delicious and healthy for your immune system! It only took them two minutes to make my smoothie. Friendly music and indoor seating available. They also have booster shots! Definitely recommend this please if you love healthy drinks!

I've been to the Nektar many times before and I always do a phone order and then drive in. I did that today and got there and waited in the pick up order line. Once I was the front I said my name and the woman just said : "we just got your order". I said no problem and just stood back and waited. I proceeded for 25 min to watch people come in and order and leave with their order before me. I still did not say anything and just waited. then when my smoothies were ready they called my name and the lady told me that I had said the wrong name and the name Andrew was on the order and so I accidentally had it under my husband's name. I'm 6 months pregnant so i am pretty forgetful. I felt they were pretty condescending towards me when I was nothing but nice. I have worked in the service industry high volume for almost 20 years and I usually never say anything because I understand the business. I had to say something today because I felt hurt leaving there. I always love the smoothies but will think twice about going again to this location.
