Smoothie tasted great and was made quickly. Didn’t have to wait at all

The young guy who helped me was very helpful at making sure I was set with my smoothies, and offered a bag for easy transport.

Placed a pick up order. Unfriendly staff. Went directly to the pick up line, one girl taking orders and another girl in the back doing nothing and completing ignoring me. Finally got my order and they left it just sitting out there so my açaí bowl was basically a smoothie in a bowl.

Great chill spot to kick it and get some all natural energizing drinks, I come here quite often and what stands out other than the delicious smoothies was the young lady with the tattoos, she is a blessing; beautiful inside and out thank you for being so kind and helping me pick out my new favorite drink “Green Apple Detox” 🙌🏻

I just discovered Nekter on a stay in Phoenix. Now I’ve downloaded the app, got my free smoothie, and am planning what to get next time.

I felt really good after getting Nekter. I ordered pick up, and my smoothie was ready as promised. The employees were very friendly as well.

Smoothies are always great, but the customer service sucks. I’m barely welcomed, never made eye contact, and I feel like I am a nuisance to the staff. Again the product itself is great and that’s what makes me wander into a Nekter every once in a while but the customer service reminds me why I don’t go very often.

This is the first cleanse that I ordered, so I did not know what to expect when I went to pick it up. I think the store had another hour till closing, but I am not positive. It did not seem busy, but then again, I am new and do not know how long orders take. In the future I would like to go to this location during the day rather than at night based on traffic. The associates did go above and beyond by making my PB smoothie while I waited, which was prior to the time I was told on the app.

I come here everyday, not because of the lack of kindness I receive here but because I get the oats and this is the only location I can get it at. The employees look at me as if I am a bother to them every time meanwhile treating the next employees decently. Many times they’ve just dropped my order in front of me and turned around wordlessly while being kind to the next. I’m fed up with being treated so much differently than other customers at this place. Today, an employee mentioned to me that the shift manager gives instructions on how to treat me here. It doesn’t make me feel comfortable knowing that I’m being looked at and treated differently than other customers here and that I am discussed prior to me even showing up. This place feels more like the high school mean girls than a smoothie joint.

App was easy to use and smoothie was ready upon arrival.
