I had placed an order for pickup; however, when I arrived, the order was not ready. Nor did they have a record of it. I had to show the confirmation email with correct location and date/time. Even then, the person asked if I was Angela—because they had an order for her. No, I am not Angela. This is the first time in a very long time that I’ve had an issue with my order, but still, it is frustrating.
