Partner purchased a bowl after standing in line to get to the counter, was asked on the payment system to TIP - for what???? She didn't TIP so staff conveniently LOST her whole ORDER!!! Seriously, you get an hourly wage as an employee that you agreed to and you lose people's orders because we don't TIP (TO INSURE PROMPTNESS). Don't expect a TIP for doing your basic JOB!

The staff here are very unpleasant each time I come in I am
Told there is something I can’t get on the menu because the fruit isn’t cut or the request for a large cup was “too much”
I’d say this one is the least impressive one I frequent

LOVE Nekter! I only wish the updated app allowed for banana removal from bowl. I can delete it from toppings but not from the bowl. I have to call the store to make sure they get it. But still, LOVE Nekter!~

Great, but I am driving into school in the mornings and can't use my phone to type/text orders. It would be so much safer and easier to be able to call in to pick up. There's a lot to do to order online so it's not a quick easy thing for someone that enjoys a breakfast on the go with you.
