I love this location & I absolutely love the Nekter company values. Customer Service: Amazing! Everytime I walk in the staff is accommodating and welcoming. Smiles across the board! I notice they do not neglect online/third party orders like some establishments do. They are quick with everyone. So far I have had world class customer service. Keep up with the great work team. Food Quality: FRESH & well-crafted ingredients that elevate the customers life style choices. It is important to think about the health of the everyday individual, and the items we consume is a major part to health complications. Great job! Opportunities: Look into small bowls that are not frozen base (veggie salads, or bowls with a healthy dip would elevate the menu experience for lunch time. Keep the quality of health and use items that are already in the store. Allow the warm oats to be served until 12:00 afternoon. Online options to tailor order, I.E.: Light Ice, add coconut shaving to the pudding which will increase profit for the company. Thank you for being an amazing company. Sincerely, Marshall Erisman

I downloaded the app and placed an order because the website had a promo that stated “free 16oz juice with first app order” So I downloaded the app, created an account (this was my first order ever with Nekter) and I did not receive my juice for free. Unfortunate false advertisement.

I love Nektar. I love your app, it is really easy to use. Your customer service is average, and the personability of staff could be improved. But, what is most frustrating and makes me second guess buying from you is how expensive your products have gotten. I understand prices of goods and services have increased on your end too but if I'm getting 3 strawberries and not even half of a banana why am I being charged what it would cost me to buy full packages and bundles of this produce? A drizzle of peanut butter is not worth $1.50 extra charge. Please consider reducing the cost to increase the number you sell.

Went here for the first time ever today. Ordered a Pitaya, Passion Lemonade, it tasted bitter but since I've never had Pitaya before, was like ok, maybe that's what it's supposed to be like. A couple hours in and I have the worst case of the runs 😩😪. Haven't eaten anything else so only one suspect, shame though because I was so excited to try them
