Hello, I would just like to say, every time I come to this location I never have my complete order. The restaurant is always out of berries, strawberries and drizzle and pb.. it’s sad. No one has enough consideration to let you know that they are subbing your order for something else which is not okay or simply not putting something on your order. If you’re out of the main ingredients at least try to talk to me & give me some options..
The Manager at Uptown was super helpful and took care of the issue right away with corporate and made sure we stayed informed. More people should be like her!!!

I loved the experience! The staff was quick and friendly. I didn't like that the bill ended up being $40 for two bowls. On top of that you asked us to tip. Your employees should be making an hourly wage far above that of a server.. It makes me feel taken advantage of for many reasons and that's why I wouldn't come back.
