I placed my order online and went in to check on it and it was ready before the pick up time. Always had quick service.

Everything was great, super fresh, and ready when I arrived to pick it up. The only problem I would say is that my wife had me order extra chia pudding per the option in the app. By adding extra chia pudding, the amount of the actual acai base was reduced to almost nothing. My recommendation would be to actually provide extra on the side rather than take away from the main ingredient in the bowl, which is already fully paid for. The extra item, should not take away from the original item at all.

I had a mobile order and stood at the counter without any acknowledgment. My order was ready so it would have been nice for the employees to acknowledge me standing there waiting for 10 minutes with only one other person in the store. First timer

One bowl did not have the coconut whipped cream that we paid $1 for, and the other bowl had blueberries on it when we requested no blueberries on top, just strawberries and bananas. I feel like attention to detail needs to be worked on.

Love the choices and flavors. They are not so overly sweet- taste more like fruit than sugar which I like. It seems a healthy choice and still very enjoyable

Customer service is dead. The woman was just generally unpleasant. Didn’t smile. Reluctantly greeted. When I said “thank you” she said “yup.”
