Love their smoothies! Store was very clean and the employees were friendly. Will definitely come back!

The smoothies tasted good but the music playing was inappropriate. The f word was sung multiple times. As a mom, and having seen older people in this Nekter, I believe that the music that is allowed should be family friendly and managed better.

I placed my order online thru the Nektar app. I ordered 3 bowls and 2 smoothies. I had a reward for a free smoothie so I used that for one of them. It gave me an estimated time to pick up of 28 min. I thought this was a little long and 1:00 in the afternoon. My order was ready when I arrived however after driving back home I was very disappointed that one of my smoothies was missing. I called and was told that it was made but was next to the bag and the staff forgot to give it to me. She said I could come back and get it. I asked if she could just credit my account so I don’t have to spend another 10 min each way to pick up one smoothie. She told me no that she can’t do that, I would have to call some 1(800) number and see if they could help. So I asked if maybe I could come back and be compensated with a bottled juice that we could drink later. She said no she can not do that either. If this was the first time I would have more patience but this is not the first time I have been let down with Nectar's customer service and lack of control of the app. Considering this Nektar is a corporate store I would expect better. A bunch of disorganized ladies working here. Messed up 3 orders in front of us. Took 30 mins to make 4 smoothies.

I am so excited that there was a revamp with employees! They are all wonderful and happy to provide wonderful customer service and great tasting smoothies! Even when mine was remade for tasting a little off. Thank you to the 2 sweet girls that helped me.

Great experience but my smoothie was awful. Won’t buy that one again

It was my first time ordering online and I was not impressed. It said my order was going to be ready in 20 minutes at 6:33pm for pick up. We had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes before our order was done. I worked at a smoothie/bowl place before and I know it does not take 30 minutes to make 2 bowls even with walk in orders. Our bowls were also topped poorly.

So grateful to have a great place to get fresh juices and smoothies!

When I was ordering I tried to use one of my two gift cards both had enough money left on them but I received an error message when I tried to pay. This was very frustrating and I ended up having to add a credit card. I love the smoothies and the bowls however it seems I have a customer service issue every time I visit Nekter. I replied to these surveys before I don’t think anybody even reads them.

This location is very inconsistent. I always order the pineapple matcha. Sometimes it’s perfect, once it obviously had banana in it ( I get this smoothie specifically because I do not like bananas), today the consistency was more like a juice than a smoothie. One time I got the new avocado smoothie w/o aguave and it was so sweet I could not drink it. Does anyone even read these? I have provided feedback in the past and it seems to go unnoticed.

Website is user friendly and ordering online was quick and easy. Smoothies taste fresh and delicious.

Sent someone there to get a greenie smoothie for me. They were Told item was no longer on the menu. Therefore they can’t make what was ordered??? Yet I know all ingredients are still at store and you can “build your own” custom smoothies. When asked to help make something similar what I received was a cup of WARM green mush. Not even edible. If I wasn’t home sick I would have brought it back. Consistently bad service at this Red Mtn location.

Today I ordered the pineapple matcha smoothie. This smoothie should not have banana in it but mine definitely did. I only ever order this smoothie because it’s one of just a couple that do not have banana in it. I was not able to drink it and unfortunately I threw it away. Next time I’ll be sure to taste the smoothie before I get back to work.

Delicious fresh smoothies and their açaí bowl is amazing! Friendly and fast service!
