I loved it! The smoothie (pineapple matcha) and ACAI Protein Bowl were delicious! The music and staff was great! I love goint to NEKTER by myself to regroup!

The ladies were great, just not a fan of how pricey the smoothies are but I understand the ingredients are fresh

Not great. Food was wonderful and I understand that it takes time to make fresh smoothies and bowls. But customer service was lacking. I ordered in the app, arrived at my scheduled time and didn’t get my order for 20 minutes. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and waited with others by the order pick up sign. When no one was acknowledging our presence (others were waiting too) I sat down. I knew mine was still in the works because I heard my name and specific ingredients discussed by the girls. When they were done, it wasn’t announced as others had been. It was put in the fridge and I was the only one left in the restaurant. When everyone came out of the kitchen I was helped, but it seems that a little more care could be taught so that customers don’t feel ignored.

10/10. Always very fresh and high quality. The staff is attentive to the customizations I add to my smoothies. Friendly people and chill vibe inside the shop.

Love Nekter’s smoothies, but waited half an hour in the store for 2 that I actually ordered ahead.

Sometimes the smoothies are runny and not thick enough like you think a smoothie would be.

Too much agave is put into the elderberry smoothie. I wish there was a “lite agave” option while ordering.

This particular location is amazing. They don’t cut corners in their drinks.Quick service and consistent quality. We’ve found a couple other Nektar locations around the valley are terrible. Tastes water down, all ice. Especially when they are $8+ for a smoothie.

I’m glad you are local to us here off of McDowell. My son and I frequently come by and we enjoy the options and the healthy choices. I have a dairy allergy and this is my go to treat. I’ve recently tried the juices too and smoothies and we love the bowls! I often ask friends to meet me here to get something and it introduces them to this fantastic find! The bowls were great today and ready as expected on the app. Thank you!

I literally live off Nekter..food is not appealing to me at all!! I only eat smoothie bowls. I order anywhere from 8-12 bowls 2-3 times a month, religiously from the Power Rd store. I think they hate me lol! I have always had a great experience with this store. Staff is friendly, service is great, order is always ready on time and absolutely delicious! Please don't ever close or I will indeed starve to death!! Thank you for a pleasurable experience each & every time!
