Items ordered online, ready when I arrived. I felt a little like I was bothering the counter girls when I asked for my order, but other than that slight off note, smoothie and bowl were good!

We were in a rush but wanted to grab a smoothie on the way to an outdoor baseball game. I put through the app on the order and it said it wouldn’t be ready for another 15-20min which we didn’t have. I walked in and they already had them made! I was so thankful, much needed refreshing pick me up, well made and quicker than promised! Thanks Nekter :)

Worst over priced smoothie EVER! If I didn’t have a gift card I would have walked out. I won’t even sell or give the gift card away because no one should have this experience. This place was Dirty, floor and bathroom nasty and empolyees standing anround. I was taught if your standing around~ you should be cleaning! They were out of mostly everything to make a SIMPLE SMOOTHIE. When I asked the employee why she said OWNER wasn’t purchasing supplies.
How can you run a business with nothing to offer your customers??????????

Great smoothie great service! It is always a breeze stopping in here, I prefer to order my drink ahead because I’ve usually got an impatient toddler with me. Today was the smoothest experience ever, I had arrived a bit early was greeted immediately, my drink was ready, and out the door I went, exactly how online orders should go! Thank you for the speedy service! Also, ordered the pink flamingo and it was delish!

Very clean location with plenty of parking outside. It wasn't too busy, and I like how they use fresh ingredients. The smoothie I got wasn't overly sugarly and I like how it wasn't filled with a lot of crushed ice. It tasted natural and I felt good after drinking it.
Inside the store, there's plenty of tables to sit at. The person working the counter was friendly and welcoming.
When I arrived to pick up, I was told that the online orders weren’t coming through. They apologized and said they would make my order right away. I was the only customer in the store. Then one girl made my smoothie slowly while chit-chatting with another girl about non-work related things. I was a little irritated that they wouldn’t just take a few minutes to focus on getting my order done quickly since I was expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Chit-chat can wait. If you are going to apologize that the online orders aren’t working, show you are sincere by putting the customer first

I ordered on the app to pick up on my way to work. When I got in there, myself and another customer were waiting at the pickup counter and were notified that the store wasn't receiving online orders. We had to show our order, and they were quick to get our smoothies made, but this definitely put me a few minutes behind as my order is usually ready to go when I swing in. I wish there would have been a notification that online orders were down and I would have just canceled my order.
