Nekter Juice Bar - Redondo Beach

Processed my online order expediently!

Ordered bowl via mobile. Pick up time was 2:05pm. Went at 2:10pm not ready, and not finished until 2:24 when I had to ask again on status - 20 minutes after the mobile order not really acceptable. whole point of mobile is so you don't have to wait. Disappointing and no recognition from staff.

Most of the staff look as if they’re stressed out. There’s one girl that I believe is the supervisor/manager in the morning and in the afternoon that has a very negative aura. I believe that she must be the culprit as to why everyone else seems to be depressed and overworked. She doesn’t say —thank you—she doesn’t smile (I know you can is it when wearing a mask, but some things you can easily feel). It’s quite a disservice to the business to have a staff that come off as they simply hate their job. I can’t say I won’t be back, but I definitely won’t be returning as often as I used to. Good luck and good riddance.

It was good. The girl who served us was pleasant and working hard to take new drink orders and prepare them. I use the app to order ahead because it always takes awhile to make the drinks and smoothies no matter when I come in, which is fine, but just something to know if you’re a customer and you’re ever in a rush. Highly recommend the app and using the favorites feature to save time and money given that Nekter often has a variety of decent deals running throughout the month which I appreciate as juices and smoothies are generally on the pricier side no matter where you go.

My order didn’t go through on stores end. They rocked it out so fast and took great care of me. Thank you so much

Our order was made incorrectly. We requested an extra "Greenie Up" through the ordering app and the extra was charged but not included. It would help to have more than one associate available (one person to make the drinks, another to check for accuracy and take care of customer interactions).

The location and staff is great. However, using Nekter offers in store has proven to be a challenging tasks where staff tells me to use the app to order while standing in the store. I understand there are some days with tech issues but this has happened we multiple times now.
