Placed an order to pick up 7/31 and the order was not ready. Now one on the store knew about my on line order and did not have the product to fulfill the order. Had to return 2 days later. I cant start my cleanse as I have other obligations the balance of the week. I was not offered anything for my inconvenience

When you give an Ad with a discount and 20% off for a week after, I always have to ask for the 20% off via emailing your staff. How can I do this from the app? The discounts don't just show up in the rewards page. I never got them.

I have ordered an açaí bowl from the Redondo Beach location twice now through the mobile app. Even though the plaza is not busy and there was only one other customer every time I went, the employees seem to not check the mobile orders and did not make my açaí bowl ahead of time. They seem to not know that mobile orders came through until I walked in and told them. Then they started making my açaí bowl, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. This has happened repeatedly and has been inconvenient.
