Nekter Juice Bar - Redondo Beach

This location has made a vast improvement on the way they make the blend by not utilizing too much ice into it. Before the blend was completely flavorless due to the exaggeration of ice that was being utilized. As for the customer service —it’s a hit or miss. Not sure off it’s the workload that they have in orders that come through that sort of dims their enero but overall I am satisfied.

I placed an online order and had to wait while other customers who walked in were served ahead of me. They said the online order had not come in yet - which I understand - but It would have been nice to have someone offer to fulfill my order sooner. They eventually did this but I had already been waiting 15-20 minutes.

The app forced me to schedule my order an hour out. However, when I got there, they stated they had not been that busy. Otherwise, great experience!

The juices, bowls and service are great! I go as often as I can.

Got the Health Nut smoothie and loved the taste of it. It was a great way to cool off after a bike ride along the beach and get in some good nutrition. Others in the group had fruit based smoothies, however, which they said they were not too happy with, tasted too grainy and were not enjoyable. Would potentially go again to try the açai bowls.

The lady who helped me was very nice. But I ordered online at 8:08 am and it told me my drink would be ready at 8:45 am. What is the point of a mobile order if it takes 37 minutes ? When I got there the lady asked my name and drink and started on it right away. She was great
