Nekter Juice Bar - Redondo Beach

I think new staff is there. Açaí bowl was soupy. Just not the same. Hoping I got the two added protein.

they store ran out of carrots so the juice I wanted was not available, I placed a mobile order and didn't find out about the carrots until I arrived. I chose a replacement smoothie but it was overly sweet and not good, I had to throw it out.

We mobile ordered and it was ready 5 minutes earlier than our pick up.

The smoothie portion of the bowl was lacking in portion, but the bowl was otherwise very enjoyable and tasty!

It was great!

Frustrating service. From not greeting when a client walks in (space was almost empty), and just working on the order before (easy to say “I’ll be with you in a moment”), then just having bad attitude, not announcing my order and putting it in the fridge, then worker just left walking right passed me and not saying anything. I was still waiting for the order so I came to check in after I saw people that came after me walking away with their order, and the nice lady with the ginger hair told me “oh, the other girl just put the order in the fridge and walked away”…. If you don’t want to work maybe you shouldn’t be there young lady, management should probably check what happened and why. (1/6 around 3:30-3:40pm)

It has been more on time recently. Which is good. Other times in the past they were quite late

Not good at all. I placed my order online to be picked up In the Redondo Beach store and when I arrived it was dead silence. No customers or attendants behind the counter. I sat for 5 minutes before a young lady looked poked her head out the back room and saw me sitting there waiting so she finally came out to assist me. Bad service and I’m sure if there were other customers not waiting on an online order, just walked out!

It was ok. Nothing like customer service in Japan. The girls weren’t smiling. I was waiting for my drink and the website stated it won’t be ready until 2:23. At 2:12 one of the girls asked me if I was waiting for something. The tone of her voice was not good as if I was just sitting inside the store for no reason. I told her I was waiting for a bowl and provided my name. They said it was ready. Once they pulled it out one of the girls handed me a spoon while looking away. No eye contact. The bowl itself was ok. I noticed the ingredients are getting smaller and smaller. At least you had 2 people working here instead of one like last time. Thank you.

I love Açaí Bowls, Juices & smoothies! Nékter was right by the Stretch Zone and I saw you could order through the app and get a free juice after your first order! (Love an extra incentive :)) I ordered an Açaí bowl on the app and was genuinely greeted at the counter when I arrived. There were a few people ahead of me waiting, but I only waited 5 min or less and got my bowl! I also grabbed a water and a bottled juice while waiting. Everyone was super sweet and helpful in the shop! It looked like a good collaborative working environment - Kudos to the girls working together this morning. The Açaí bowl was delicious, the juice was perfectly refreshing, and the water bottle was not outrageously priced - which is appreciated! Top notch experience, I will be back!

Nékter was right by the Stretch Zone I just started going to and so looked it up on google and saw I could order through the app and get a free juice after my first order! (Love an extra incentive :)) I ordered an Açaí bowl and went in a little bit after ordering. I was greeted right away and I gave them my name for the order. There were a few people ahead of me so I waited for about 5 min or less and got my bowl! I also decided to grab a water and a bottled juice and one of the girls showed me how to pull up the QR code to scan. Everyone was super sweet and helpful in the shop! It looked like a good collaborative working environment, which is incredibly important, especially for a healthy lifestyle company! Kudos to the girls working together this morning. The Açaí bowl was delicious, the juice was perfectly refreshing, and the water bottle was not outrageously priced which I appreciate! Not sure if Nekter does a spa water of the day (some Movita locations have a free infused water dispenser with little cups), but I do love that little touch and thought I would throw it in here. :) Top notch experience, thank you! I will be back!

Excellent company as is easy to order on the app and easy to pick up the order and is correct!
