I placed my order at 7:30 A.M. and headed to the location at 7:44 A.M. since the app said my order would be ready by 7:45 A.M. When I arrived, Nekter was closed. There is no way to cancel my order through the app, and it still shows as “In Process.” I was charged even though the store is closed. I’m calling Nekter as the app instructs, but no one is answering. I don’t want them to open later at 9 or 10 A.M. and prepare an order I no longer need. I needed it now, not two hours later. At 7:55am Now the app shows that my order is marked as “Completed,” but Nekter is still closed.
