Brunch offer only redeemable in app so had yo wait additional 20 minutes for order despite being at store. Juice was prepared 10 minutes past the acai bowls provided and estimated completion time then name not called when ready.

Nekter is our favorite bowl place because the bowls are consistently delicious, and not ridiculously high in calories. Good value too.

Placed an order at 12:35pm, said it would be ready at 12:50. I got in there, and did not receive my order until 1:03pm.
Not angry or anything, but I think speed of online orders needs to be prioritized better. Having to wait an extra 13 minutes in the store is a bit much (I was the only one in the store at the time, so it didn't seem too busy). Defeats the purpose of online orders + the concept of a quick lunch in general.
