This is the third time something has gone wrong with my order. I let it go the first two times, but now I’m letting you know. It scares me because I have food insensitivities and now I’m wondering if my orders have been done correctly. I actually drive back to the store today which was a huge inconvenience to get my correct order. The employee that helped me was very nice, but it doesn’t dismiss incorrect orders.

I ordered a peanut butter bowl but I received an acai bowl instead. Also there were no blueberries that I had included in the order.

Great! I placed an online order while on my way to the shop, and it was waiting for me when I arrived - even before the app's expected time. The person working the counter was friendly and helpful. He greeted me, quickly retrieved my order from the fridge, and asked if he could get me anything else. The store was clean and welcoming, and the items I ordered (green juice and acai bowl) were delicious.

The staff was very friendly and I was able to receive my order immediately. I plan on ordering again with this location in the future.

Today’s experience was great! Ordered online and did curbside pick up. Smoothies came out quickly.

I ordered my smoothie for pickup at 8:00 am and ended up picking it up at 8:20 and I was so happy to see that it was kept in a fridge and it wasn’t sitting out so when I took the first sip it was fresh :) thank you!

The staff was busy and couldn’t look at my boyfriend when he asked a question. He asked for ice and that seemed to really annoy them. Don’t take your annoyance out on guests just because it’s busy. It makes us not want to return based on the experience.

Excellent service and speedy. Service with a smile despite how insanely busy they were. Very hard hard-working staff with positive attitude. Fabulous Everything was fresh and perfect. Order is correct.
