I made an online order and it was ready at the estimated time I was given. Since I go to the same location, the worker recognized me and handed my order to me in a timely and kind manner.

I love your store the only area i would improve on is the late shift. When i order on my way home cause i haven't or will not have dinner 😀
My bowl wont have an ingredient or they forget to give me the extra granola i paid for 😞
My juice usually will only be 3/4 full. The kids are young and if i say something they just look at me so... i move on with my day. I dont say anything anymore... lol!

Everything was great - only thing to change is the time stamp for pickup on the email for mobile orders - it’s ready much faster, leaving smoothies & bowls to melt before pick up.

I ordered through the app and it was a pretty easy process. I waited for my time to arrive at the store and my order was ready in the pickup fridge. Store was clean and employee welcomed me in when the door chime rang.
