Nekter is amazing. I love the drinks and food. BUT I honestly did not like the drink I ordered. It was super disappointing because I ordered the almond butter mocha it is my go-to, favorite drink ever and it did not taste right at all. This is the 2nd time at different locations it didn’t taste right. It tasted like straight almond butter and it never tastes that strong. I felt like I wasted my $3 reward because I couldn’t drink it. If there anything like a refund or re-use reward I can receive to my nekter account would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location, and they said they couldn’t cancel the order or refund me, and to tell the worker at my location that they received the order and they can give me one for free. Since they’re differently locations this isn’t possible. The worker at my location was very helpful and offered to email customer service to ensure I was refunded.

I love coming to the Tustin Marketplace Nekter because everything’s always perfect. The order is always ready on time if not early. It’s made exceptionally well and they’re always friendly. The blonde manager that’s there that’s been there for many years is awesome and does an amazing job!
