I was not acknowledged even with three staff members working. The two bowls I ordered were not wiped down thus felt very sticky and looked dirty. Although I would return as a customer for your products, but I would not return to this particular store.

We usually come first thing in the morning while there is no wait time. Colleagues are always friendly at that time. Helpful. They seem happy to be there whereas some places they make you feel uncomfortable coming that early in the morning.

Everything was great. Except when I approached the pickup counter for my pre-ordered items, all 4 baristas ignored me. Didn’t ask what I was waiting for. A 5th barista came out of the back room, looked right at me as she saw me waiting there, and just turned around and went back to the back room. Didn’t ask me what I was waiting for, or even acknowledge me.
It was just a little shocking. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes before someone asked me what items I was waiting on.

Staff is Extemely friendly however even when placing an order online the service was extremely slow. I also ordered a juice with specific customizations ( which would be helpful if special instructions or substitutes were allowed on the app )
My juice took over 20 minutes to receive and my açaí bowl took nearly 45 minutes

I love Nékter but not this location. We have the option to order ahead but never ready on the time it says it should be, now I am late for work. Also lack in customer service. The one in Long Beach is always excellent and on time.
