I buy Nekter on a regular basis, and I never have any issues with the location in San Clemente, CA; however, for some reason, the location in Tustin at The Marketplace is very slow. I even use the mobile app so that my order will be ready in time. At my last visit, not only was my order not even ready, I had to wait over 20 minutes for it to be ready. There are times when I won't even bother going to the Tustin location because it's just not worth it.

The company app placed the order through DoorDash, but the employees did not know that it was the same order.
Communication with staff as to the online order process would be helpful on both ends.

I ordered online. Said my order would be ready by 10:05. Came at that time, my order wasn't ready and no one worked on it yet. I got my order at 10:20 AFTER a gentleman that came after me. Hardly anyone was in the store. Not crowded at all. So I'm not sure why things took so long.

All good. One minor suggestion. I ordered online, an AB health nut and was not able to add coconut flakes like I do when I order in store. Would be nice to be able to add cocoa nut flakes online to help speed of service. Thanks!

Placed an online order at 11:07 and was told to pick up at 11:27. Got here around 11:35 and my order was not ready. The workers had no clue my order was placed. What’s the point of making an online order if I still have to wait.

The smoothies are always very icy and tend to be bland. It doesn't matter which store I go to that this is the case. I think your juices are pretty good but you need to work on your smoothie recipe.

I'm so happy you have the app for pick up. It definitely helps, if only you can do drive up pick up! With a baby it's a pain to get baby in and out of car for a pick up.
