Everytime I come to this location my order is made incorrectly. They did not include cacao nibs in my drink (which is something it already comes with).

I love Nekter, it's a bit expensive so I can't have it as frequently as I would like. I order online due to my schedule I need to be able to just run in and pick it up. There have been a couple of times when I have arrived to find that they did not make my bowl because they were out of an ingredient and needed to know what I wanted in place. Since I had to get my daughter to school I couldn't wait and had to then drive all the way back before going to work which is really frustrating. I would like to recommend that you have a mechanism in place when something like this occurs to text us asking for substitute.

This was my 3rd catering gallon of juice order. All three of them have been short. Filled only to a 3 to 3 1/4 quarts, instead of the 4 quarts of juice promised.
You need to do something about it!

Experience was good, but it also wasn't busy. Placed an online order which also helped. I didn't have to wait long to pick up my drink. The person working during 615pm was attentive and didn't make me wait for him to ring up all customers.

He got my order wrong. I ordered slender green and received the blended drink with banana in it. Didn’t realize it until I was in my car as I had to pick up my kids. Workers were busy socializing amongst each other that he made the wrong drink.

Honestly, I truly love this location. They had an issue with the juice machine and did not have my order ready when I was picking up. However, the lady working was very accommodating and made our juice so quickly. I know things happen and she made sure they were ready before I had to leave for work. Love the staff!
