I love nekter and the guy who helped me at the register was the best!!!! But I ordered a 16 oz and two 24 oz. all with ice. I got 3 16 oz. so disappointing! I didn’t realize until I was on the way home. Too late to do anything about it.

Placed the order a few hours prior to when I wanted to pick up. And it was not ready when I got there. It wasn’t even on their radar. Showed the receipt and the item was made. Everyone was cheerful. But that shouldn’t happen. But frustrating.

Love Nektar Juice Bar in Tustin Market place. Everyone there is on point! The place is clean and the the drinks/bowls are amazing. During my last visit my amazon bowl blend was a little grey and less flavorful than usual but maybe it was the pea protein I added? I will have to ask the next time I visit.

I understand I went during rush hour but I placed my order through the app, arrived 10 minutes later and still waited for another 40 minutes. Staff was patient with customers who seemed to feel they had a sense of entitlement. Seriously people it doesn't hurt to say thank you to these employees working hard to get your smoothie ready for you. It's not as if any staff members were sitting doing nothing.

Friday 1/25- I ordered online and my confirmation told me to “skip the line and pick up at the counter”. When I arrive there weren’t any smoothies at the counter so I tooo a seat. I waited nearly 10 minutes until someone asked me if I was waiting for something. I told them I ordered online and they said I was supposed to come to the counter. I feel like the experience was not smooth. This is the second time I had a poor experience at this location. The first time ordered there and waited for about 15 minutes for my smoothie. There were two employees who were gossiping behind the counter so finally I asked if my smoothie was ready and they pulled it out of a freezer? So so confusing.
Wouldn’t recommend this location.
