Every Friday I treat myself for the Banana Berry açaí bowl. The past two fridays the app wasn’t letting me order so I had to call it in. When I went in one of the young ladies working there told me she has been trying to work on the issue. I appreciated that because she wanted to make sure we can order especially because I get embarrassed to bother them by calling and ordering, but they have always been so nice to me. Thanks for your amazing service!

I accidentally ordered drink from there but never picked it up because I thought I ordered from Orange
I went to Orange and had to order one there.
I was waiting quite a while for my drink and once I got it I was waiting on my other item which was a burn shot and they didn’t give it to me for another 10 mins so I asked and they said oh just grab it then and they should’ve told me to grab it before or have given me a fresh one and not have wasted 10 mins of my time.

I actually do recommend the company overall. The particular experience at this one store was less than pleasant. It is not the first time I’ve had a problem at this particular store. I made a order on the app and when I went to pick it up they asked me my name and then said someone else had already taken my drink. They then made me another drink which was the wrong drink. It ends up that two people with the same first name ordered and my drink was in the refrigerator the whole time. In addition the music was coming out so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. Because it is a concrete room it is so echoey that it didn’t even sound good as I actually don’t mind loud music normally. Lastly the blending machines are exceedingly loud much more than a normal Nekter. I know this sounds odd but my wife and I were both sitting there and found it so uncomfortable that we decided to leave and finish our drink elsewhere.

Every time I go to this location I never have an issud! Nekter in general is my favorite juice and smoothie stop and whenever I order online it’s either ready when I walk in or only takes a few minutes for it to be ready. It’s always perfect!

I’m disappointed because they have forgotten to add my ginger to my drinks on two occasions now and by the time I’ve realised, it’s too late to turn back as I’m on my way to work in the mornings. I would appreciate if the staff could pay attention to the extra additions in the future.
