Employees are great just wish you could add comments on mobile order for substitutions or to remove/add a veggie to your juice

I ordered watermelon juice and matcha ice cream. Watermelon juice was ok. But ice cream was on one the worst one in the area. I am not sure if there was a manager on duty. Kitchen was in terrible condition. It looks no one cleaned this kitchen for years.

This Nékter is always the slowest. I will order something through the app and it says 20 minutes which is already a really long time to wait for a juice (if I go to Whole Foods walk up to the counter and order with a line of people it doesn’t even take 10 minutes) and then I’ll show up 25 minutes later and my drink still won’t be ready. Unfortunately this is the closest one to me otherwise I would go to a different location. All other locations I have been to are much much quicker. I place an order on the app and it’s ready in 10 minutes with a line of people in the store.

Sometimes the juices have grittiness/sandiness and taste like the veggies haven’t been washed thoroughly. I recently ended up with a bad episode if bloating and abdominal cramping after having a gritty juice!

Ended up throwing it away after only 4 sips! Tasted like spinach and water, no flavor at all. Where was the acai, blueberry, or banana?? $11 down the drain!! I'll stick to Jamba Juice instead.
