Great service and juices!

Great! I was able to get a delicious green juice with protein after my run and before work with no delay :)

Love Nektar Juice Bar in Tustin Market place. Everyone there is on point! The place is clean and the the drinks/bowls are amazing. During my last visit my amazon bowl blend was a little grey and less flavorful than usual but maybe it was the pea protein I added? I will have to ask the next time I visit.

I love nekter, but this store is beyond slow. After placing my order through the app yesterday,I still ended up waiting another 15-20 min for my drink- that’s almost 40 minutes for one juice. I understand it gets busy, but that’s an absurd amount of time. I came back again today, thinking yesterday was an insolated incident. I’m 25 minutes into placing my order, and I’m still waiting. People who ordered their drinks in person after I arrived are getting their drinks before me. Overall very unhappy with the speed of service, or lack thereof.

This was my 3rd catering gallon of juice order. All three of them have been short. Filled only to a 3 to 3 1/4 quarts, instead of the 4 quarts of juice promised. You need to do something about it! Luis

Honestly, I truly love this location. They had an issue with the juice machine and did not have my order ready when I was picking up. However, the lady working was very accommodating and made our juice so quickly. I know things happen and she made sure they were ready before I had to leave for work. Love the staff!

Considering the size of the shop and just the few employees that you can fit in there, the speed can’t really keep up with the volume of people that go in there and the length of which it takes to make each juice with one juicer. But everyone I’ve had service from have been the most gracious and competent staff. I work in the same area so I know how busy it gets. And the staff work hard so I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend your store to people. I’d just recommend that they download the app and order that way more than just walking in.

Service was great but drinks were not. We watched them make the drinks as they were not quite ready. We noticed mostly Apple going into the drinks. I have Nekter about 6 times a week so I know what these drinks taste like. There was not a hint of ginger or spinach that we could see or taste the tile. Basically it was green apple juice, very thin and clear, with chia seeds. I tossed mine. My husband tolerated it. Still love the company, bit these drinks were not ok.

Nothing mind blowing, they made my juice and I went on my way.

On the weekends this location is very busy. Since when is there only one juice machine? I ordered online 10 mins before I arrived and I expected to probably wait another 5 mins However when I arrived I waited another 10 minutes and still no drink. So we finally decided to leave to Home Depot to get a gift card and when we came back I still had to wait another 10 minutes. This is unacceptable. If this location cannot handle the volume from both the in store order and online orders then it should shut down the online option. And I am asking for this store to give me back the reward I had redeem. I waited far too long! This store needs more supplies. The team here is great but management needs to do something about a single juice machine.

Staff is always friendly and quick when you order online. If you order when you get there it seems to always take forever. Like 30 minutes for a juice no exaggeration.

There was only one person in front of me in line. I was there for 15 min. There's only one juicer that I can see maybe it's time to invest in another. The associate s working there are great though.

Great team and delicious juices! Wish the pricing was a little more affordable so I can come more often =)

I love coming to Nekter. I ordered online for mobile pick up and I was really disappointed with my smoothie. It was so liquidy and really funny. I’ve never had a smoothie like that from Nekter before. It also didn’t taste as flavorful. The smoothie was more like a juice. I will continue to come to Nekter I was just disappointed in the smoothie especially because of the price I paid for it.
