Please fill the juice to the top. I always get my drink with 2-3 inches left up top even after you guys put ice in it. I’ve been to several different Nektars and Tustin Marketplace is the only store that consistently does this. Otherwise excellent work!! Thanks.

The online order is very convenient for me and I use it all the time. Service is efficient.
I also enjoy Nekter's simple menu and look. I find other places such as Jamba Juice to have to a busy menu look and not as much value as Nekter.

Good drink, staffing more juicer workers would pump out drinks faster at the busiest times.

The smoothies are always very icy and tend to be bland. It doesn't matter which store I go to that this is the case. I think your juices are pretty good but you need to work on your smoothie recipe.

Staff is Extemely friendly however even when placing an order online the service was extremely slow. I also ordered a juice with specific customizations ( which would be helpful if special instructions or substitutes were allowed on the app )
My juice took over 20 minutes to receive and my açaí bowl took nearly 45 minutes

The location in tustin on El Camino real is very busy in the afternoons. You should consider having 3 team members work the shift. my Juice is rarely ready when I order using the app. And if I go in the store, the wait is a bit long

Ordered 4 juices online! They were all ready by the time we picked them up. Everyone was very nice. AND the juices were super yummy.

today my experience was great. However, on several occasions(at least 3 times) my online order has been lost. I don't have time to wait. I order my juices to be ready for pickup on my way to work. Since my card is already charged they write my name and order on a clip board for a later time but then I'm told that i can't order ahead of time over the phone. So in order to get what i already paid for i need to plan ahead, leave my house earlier than normal to then wait the 15 minutes to get a juice I've already paid for. Super inconvenient and not gonna happen so now that's just money that i threw away on something that wasn't my mistake. It makes me not want to return but i do. I will say this... the first time it happened, the manager actually delivered my juice to my work. It's only across the street but in my opinion she went way above and beyond and i appreciate good customer service.

This was my first bad or off juice. I ordered my usual beet and the order was seemed very watered down and not fresh. also appeared brown in color. and it definitely didnt taste fresh like all the others i have had from this same store.

I go to Nekter all the time and I love your juices. I usually use my app to place my order and it ready when I get there. This last time, they did not receive my order even after arriving 15 minutes after placing it and showing proof of me email/purchase. They made my juice right away, but I still had to wait 10 minutes
