I love Nektar but whenever I order from this location, the workers are 9 times out of 10 in the back and after a few minutes, someone comes up. My smoothie also always tastes different each time I order it (I get the same smoothie every time - a small mango add banana)

The employees are nice and very welcoming. Great service and order ready on time. Only concern is smoothies are too watery/ runny… need more texture as a smoothie.

I always enjoy your store. My favorites are juices and smoothies. I tried a vanilla yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and coconut plus granola. Sadly,
I’m not enjoying it and will not be able to finish it. I will try the chia one tomorrow and hopefully will enjoy that one. I had the blueberry and almost smoothie yesterday and it was fantastic. I always love a good toxin flush as well. Just mot a fan of the vanilla yogurt. It hs a strange taste to it.

I love your product and always get the Power Protein bowl. I was a little disappointed today, tho, as there was no banana on top. It really needs the banana!
I’m intrigued by the PB Mocha Smoothie. I might have to go outside of my comfort zone and try that out.

I've been to this store twice in the past couple weeks and I've had to wait annoying long both times. I'm writing this to as constructive criticism so it can hopefully improve.
The first visit I walked in to place the order (nobody in line but me) - i think there was only one employee and not sure there was much she could do. She had a # of orders she had taken, stopped at me, made 5+ smoothies from scratch before taking my order and proceeding to make my smoothie.
Today I placed my order online to avoid a similar experience. The app said the smoothie would be ready in 15-20 minutes and I timed my arrival for about 20 mins after placing order and I still had to wait at least 10 minutes so it was more like the smoothie was ready 30 mins after the online order.
