I really enjoy the smoothies. My only negative feedback is when I place online orders (I have done this three times) that twice, I go to the counter and let them know I am there and then I seem to wait 10 or 15 minutes and then I have to go ask a second time about my order and then the drink is in the back freezer. It just is a little bothersome when you see other customers ordering at the cash register and getting their items before me, knowing that I placed my order well before the other customers.

They have the best smoothies. My fav is the Orange Crush. Would recommend :)

Great service and good tasted great as well as the smoothie!

Dropped in after a workout and grabbed a orange crush smoothie with immunity boost, so refreshing and tasty. The juices here never taste artificial, and I felt energized without feeling weighed down. Staff even remembered me when I came back the next day!

This store has great customer service, great smoothies, bowls, and juices! The inside is always nice and clean as well! Absolutely love this place!

While I love your products, I have consistently found that the staff at your Huntington Beach / Seacliff location is (with one exception) rarely in the front of the store when I come in, does not greet me or interact personally - it's just find the smoothie (which more times than not seems to have them looking in more than one location), and maybe a forced "have a nice day". As a guy who was in retail management for 17 years and then outside sales & account management for 25, this is NOT the customer-facing image any company wants. Sorry, but thought you needed to know.

Good. The smoothies are consistently better than other Nekter stores. Your app needs improvement, though. Wished there were more options on customizing ingredient amounts such as the amount of agave to be used, similar to an in store request. Also, when there is a special offer, it should be stated as such, not as a coupon.

Absolutely love Nékter! Nékter is hands down my go-to spot for fresh, healthy, and delicious smoothies and juices. Everything always tastes so clean and refreshing — you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The menu has so many great options, whether I’m in the mood for a protein-packed smoothie, an acai bowl, or a fresh juice. The staff is always friendly and fast, and my order is always made perfectly. The place is super clean and has a great, upbeat vibe too. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy pick-me-up that actually tastes amazing! 💚🍓🥭
