Was 15 minutes later than pick up time and one smoothie was almost as thin as juice

Unfortunately, they made the smoothie wrong. I requested an ingredient to be left out and this is the 2nd tiem they still include that ingredient on a mobile order.

Their base in the bowls is a smoothie so it is always runny and the recipes are inconsistent. If I order extra anything it is a pretty good bet what I paid extra for will not be included. They are also not friendly. There was an issue with my online order not going through. No one helped me and they all stood there on their phones. This is by far my lease favorite location.

The juices and smoothies have gotten expensive and they are not organic. But they are delicous.

The sales person was really nice. My only complaint has to do with the "no substitutions" policy. If adding dates is $1 and adding cacao nibs is $1 why can't I sub the dates in a smoothie for cocoa nibs? Especially since the old recipe for the Health Nut smoothie had cacao nibs in it. It seems awfully petty and cheap.

Walked in and not one person acknowledged our presence. Of the three employees, no one said a word. Finally, we were approached by an employee in the back that asked us if we had a pick up. This took way too long. It was weird!! Smoothies were good.

This is so ironic I just told my daughter that I wish there was someway. I could tell the person who owns nectar. What a great girl helped us today. I couldn’t get my app to work because I don’t know how to use my phone very well and I told her you sent me an email to come and get a half-price smoothie for my grandson and I showed up and I couldn’t make it work so I signed into my phone and she just took it and fixed it for me And it was so helpful cause otherwise I would’ve given up and gone home. She was lovely. I wish I knew her name was two and she had brown thick curly hair, Cliff neck and Huntington Beach and that made us so happy even my daughter said I love getting great service like this so thank you.

smoothies were ready on time & tasted great/

There were chunks of spinach in my smoothie. The açaí bowel had granola even though we said no granola. When asked about my order, they said it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later they realized in was in the freezer.

Wait time was long. Good customer service. The staff was friendly and apologetic and had a lot of orders to fill but took the time to explain and give support. The smoothie and acai bowl were delicious and healthy.

Had a great tasting smoothie and ginger shot that was ready on time.

Drove 20 minutes to get a smoothie for my 4 year old and they were closed 30 minutes earlier than advertised. They had some young kids working and they just looked at me and laughed. Doors were locked

Nice staff and good smoothies!

Good. The only thing is I got a smoothie prior to this one that was not fully blended. There was a big chunk of banana underneath.
