Hi!
I love the concept and product of Nektar which is why I take the time to write this. I go to multiple locations of Nektar, and 90% of the time the customer service is awful! I consistently don't get acknowledged and I see others not be acknowledged. The day before Christmas I ordered a drink online and it took the person a good solid minute to even acknowledge me when I was standing at the register. I told her my name and she said she would get started on my drink. Another person came in and stood at the register and waited for a good 2 minutes before she was even acknowledged. I have seen this happen at multiple locations. PLEASE train your staff to acknowledge the customers. I believe it makes a difference. A simple, "Hi! Welcome! Be with you in just a minute" makes a night and day difference. Or even, "Have you been here before? Do you have any questions?" is also helpful. These experiences are isolated with Nektar locations. I do not experience this poor of customer service at any other place of business like I do at Nektar stores.

Mobile orders are NEVER ready for pick up.
Every time I order through mobile order I’m waiting. What’s the point of doing a mobile order when you walk in and it’s not ready? They haven’t even started the mobile order when you walk in. This needs some major improvement.
