Love this place, but this location has a couple of employees who sometimes are pretty rude. One of them is almost every time. Just being honest. The last item I purchased, the person (the one who is always rude) seemed mad that I was there. It was 20 min before closing, but I had ordered online. This person is rude often. It makes me feel like they get mad that I order online, or near closing, even though I do it to make it more convenient for us both. I don't want to hurt anyone's job or anything, but sometimes you have to tell the whole truth and nothing but :). This person is hurting your reputation. I have heard others say the same. Anyway, I love your products and will continue to come weekly. I truly am just trying to help you out here. The rest of the people there are wonderful. One of the guys, a fairly tall guy, is almost always SUPER polite, for example.

I placed my order online and it quoted a 20 minute window and I even arrived 5 minutes later than the window said and the worker told me “we haven’t started that yet we’ll let you know when it’s ready.” What’s the point of a 20 minute window if you can’t stick to it? That seems like plenty of time to me. But to have not even started it is very excessive.
