I ordered online a bowl and some grab and go's. They forgot the grab and go's, so I sent my daughter back in and instead of getting them for me, they such, just grab what you need. So, I went back in a third time because she accidentally grabbed the wrong ones.

It might be nice to acknowledge a customer who is waiting at the pick up counter, even if there are others there. Then I wouldn't have had to tell the young man putting my order in the freezer that I thought that order was mine. Since we are directed to go to the pick up counter it makes sense to identify who is there waiting for their order.

My last order I placed at 9:38 online and it took 11 or 12 minutes before they even got the order from the system. The store was not busy so it was not backordered or backlog.
