Second time i ordered 2 juices and only 1 made. had to wait for the other juice

The service was efficient and the smoothie was very good. However, and this is often the case, the staff basically ignores the customer (or me, anyway!) coming in and is perfunctory - no welcoming or recognition (even feigned).
This is something other similar businesses emphasize with their staff as important part of customer service and repeat business.
I think it's just a lack of training or oversight, nothing intentional on the staff.

The manager is fills your expensive juice cup with cucumber water and they refuse to give you a nutrient dense cup of juice. It's too much work to juice spinach and kale with lemon and ginger, he says it has to be mostly cucumber water because it's too much work to juice the real dark greens. Well, I'm not paying $15 for cucumber water... I can eat cucumbers all day long if I want that

I ordered granola on the side and it was not provided to me at all. Sadly, my bowl just wasn't the same without your delicious granola. It was a disappointment.

I got my regular smoothie. This time I was a little disappointed. Was not as thick as usual. It was watered down and had chunks of friuit in it. Usually it’s better blended and much thicker.
