I love Nekter, but thought with our cleanse, we were supposed to get a coupon to use on our orders throughout the ensuing week?

This is not my first time at Nekter Brea. I always feel like the staff is not that friendly. The staff did not thank me for my business or even say you're welcome when I thanked them. I don't feel like a valued customer when I visit this Nekter location. Also, my smoothie tasted a bit 'stringy'. I think the recipe changed for the Almond Butter Smoothie, but I'm not a big fan of the new texture.

Josh was helpful and friendly. He informed me of the Cleanse sale and told me how it works. I was intrigued to try it for the 1st time.

The smoothie taste better made from this local than at other ones I've been to.

EVERYTIME I order via the app, my order is wrong. Everytime. It's very frustrating. All I wanted was the acai berry bowl I ordered. But no instead I get 2 I didn't order? Its everytime too.

I was given the wrong bowl, they gave me somebody else’s. the bowl i ordered was more expensive than the one i was given. they offered to make a new one but i was already home. a refund would have been appreciated because i could not eat it because it had whey protein in it.

Everyone at most Nekters forgets to add the protein online but when I noticed it wasn’t added when I picked it up staff very nicely added it!

Always good! They forgot to add my turmeric shot to my pick up order, but all is fine. Luckily I work next door so was able to go back for it. Thanks for the speedy service!
