very good overall at this location. order was ready on time and accurate. was disappointed in your Bella Terra location- tried to order but the girl (who looked like she was working and door was open) said she was the only employee there and had to do zoom school and couldn't take or make our order. Super frustrating because I had to drive out of my way to pick up the order I had promised my sister for her birthday. Otherwise great experience at this location

I can't say enough about the service and positive experience I get from Anthony every time he is serving me. Always remembers my name and what my favorite drink is. Had an issue with my mobile online order being placed at another store. Anthony reconciled the problem with haste and a smile. He's definitely a keeper and will continue to order my favorite items at his location. Also, thanks a bunch Anthony for showing me how to use the Nektar phone app to apply rewards points to purchase my drink. I'm such a klutz!!
