My order was ready, when I arrived. There was another customer walking away with her mobile order as I walked in. There was one customer in front of me picking up his mobile order. All three orders were ready and she smiled and addre4ssed each one of us quickly and ready. It made me feel that the customer was important to this location. They get it.

I ordered online basic acai berry bowl no add ons and they forgot the granola. Didn't realize until I got home.

I had placed an mobile order for pickup, I had customized it to my tastes. I picked up my bowl, but didn't make sure that the bowl was correct and by the time I got home I realized several ingredients were missing. So I paid an extra $3 dollars for items I didn't receive and there isn't a way to contact customer service to get a refund or a voucher for those $3 dollars. So I am disappointed in that aspect, I would love to keep using the mobile app to order my bowls but if ingredients are going to be missing when I'm paying for them, it makes me not want to use it and therefore, not buy anything.
