Most of the time it’s great.
Today it was very frustrating. When you place an order online, there’s no way to ask for NO drizzle on top. I have to call after I place my order on line to request no sweet drizzle on top of my super açaí bowl. Each time they have to throw away the toppings to remove the drizzle.
Today they must have had some oversights but in general and most of the time the service is great!! I only order on line when I don’t have time to make lunch, having to wait to remake it is taxing.
