Ordered online and was ready on my pick up time. I was a little scared about trying the toxin flush drinks but I have to say it was actually pretty good! Wanted to try something new and glad I did. Will be coming back again.

I placed an online order & was there to pick up at time it stated beverage would be ready and unfortunately, beverage was not even made yet when I arrived.

Ordered delivery. Order never showed, got an email saying it was being cancelled. Tried calling the store but no one there seems to ever want to pick up the phone to let them know I could come pick it up. No responses to email regarding order. Still haven’t been fully refunded. Never again! Will support local owned business from here on out.

I appreciate when the staff don't answer the phone 30 minutes before the hours posted.

Delicious but was sad that they don’t use mango as a topping on their mango Acai bowl :(

This location ALWAYS ALWAYS messes up my drink order!! I used to come here regularly. Going to another location instead.

Nekter use to be my my go to spot for açaí bowls however after experiencing the worst service I’ve had here yet that’ll change. I ordered an açaí bowl on the app and had it set for pickup. Once I picked it up I asked for peanut butter drizzled on top like mentioned on the app as well as cacao nibs. When I noticed those toppings not in the bowl I asked the employee to add it and he did so with attitude. When I came back to ask for the cacoa nibs that weren’t in the bowl, he instead topped the bowl with coconut nibs. I’m not sure how that got misinterpreted but I just let it go as I realized taking açaí orders correctly is an extremely difficult task, apparently. I’ll be sure to skip Nekter since this is how they operate customer service.

I ordered an acai bowl. It was pretty good. It's conveniently located close to home and by the In-n-out so I am able to get my kids what they want and get me something I want too.

Well it's 6:30 on Thursday and it says they close at 8 and they're not open. Please update your hours.

This place is great. Cleaned and fresh produce. Not murky-tasting juices like other places. Nice service, decent prices. Lately though it seems like my juices are made with 95% cucumber and not much else. Hopefully that's not a new standard.

Came to this Nekter on Chapman in Orange, Thursday 1/21/21 20 minutes before closing. When we walked in, the employees noticed us but didn’t acknowledge us. Waited 5 minutes to get acknowledged. When approached, I ordered a ginger shot. The employee working said that because it’s 15 minutes till closing they weren’t making juices (ginger shots). I asked when do they stop making juices and they said 20 minutes before closing hesitantly. It seemed like they already cleaned the necessary equipment early to get out early and didn’t want to clean the equipment, so I was left without service. A few before that at this location it was slow and they still took a while to make an açaí bowl for us. Just not satisfied with the service here. Drove 20 mins there to waste my time while someone is getting paid for their time. Love nekter just not this location. Will be going to the North Tustin location now...

I always receive excellent service from the employees who work at this location. They are helpful and quick and I have always received accurate orders from them. The times they have been out of stock of some items, they have been kind and quick to offer an alternative. I wanted to reach out because it seems like the owners do not care about this location at all. I frequent several Nektar locations in Orange County and this is the least maintained shop I’ve visited - and it’s been in this condition for a long time. It’s time for a facelift like the one you did in Costa Mesa a few years ago!
