I ordered online to just go pickup but it wasn't ready. I had to wait for over 10 minutes for my order. The person working was alone, but wish there could be feedback not to show up at the time promised.

The 2 day cleanse was easy to do. I liked all 6 flavors and everything was packaged well. Customer service is very good. The acai bowls are very good as well. Peanut butter is my favorite.

I had 2 separate orders. My first order was ready, an acai bowl. My second order of 2 drinks wasn't ready when I arrived so I had to wait. I wasn't sure what the lady was saying when we left, because it was muffled by the sound of the blender but she apologized about it not being ready. Did she say, I'm sorry, you get a free something for your wait? I wasn't sure but I was in a hurry and couldn't turn around to find out.
